Oscar Chemical Material Cabinet with Fan

This product has been specially designed for the storage of chemicals used in laboratories. Its body is made of 0.9 mm galvanized sheet metal and its surface is coated with electrostatic powder paint in order to protect the chemical substances from harming the environment and from deterioration. There are ventilation vents under the covers and there are four removable telescopic shelves. Polypropylene pans are placed under the shelves to collect chemicals that may leak.

Insulated covers have a locking mechanism and wick. For ventilation, a single-phase motor AC 220V 50Hz, 180 m3/h duct type aspirator fan system is available and this fan system can be programmed on a daily basis. The factory fan system is programmed for a 24-hour cycle, running for 15 minutes and resting for 45 minutes. Fanless and heat-insulated models are also available.

This chemical storage cabinet has been developed for the safe storage of chemicals used in laboratories. Thanks to the ventilation system, harmful vapors of chemical substances are absorbed and the air inside the cabinet is kept clean. Insulated doors prevent the outside air from entering the cabinet and maintain the temperature inside the cabinet. In addition, thanks to polypropylene pans, leaks are collected and damage to the materials inside the cabinet is prevented.
